By accessing or using SlipRooms ("the App"), operated by Pocket Basement LLC, a New Jersey limited liability company ("Pocket Basement," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years old to use SlipRooms. By using the App, you confirm you are 18 or older.

3. WHAT SLIPROOMS IS

SlipRooms is a SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORM for sports discussion and entertainment. Users can create and join chat rooms to discuss sports bets, post content, interact with other users, and share opinions on sporting events.

• You are solely responsible for any bets you place on external platforms.
• You must comply with all gambling laws in your jurisdiction.
• Any discussion of bets is for entertainment purposes only.
• SlipRooms is not liable for any financial losses from gambling.

6. ACCOUNT RULES

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining account security.
• One account per person.
• Your @handle is permanent and cannot be changed.

7. PROHIBITED CONDUCT

You agree NOT to:

• Post illegal, harmful, threatening, or harassing content.
• Impersonate others or create fake accounts.
• Spam, scam, or deceive other users.
• Share others' personal information without consent.
• Use the App if under 18 years old.
• Violate any applicable laws.

8. CONTENT OWNERSHIP

• You retain ownership of content you post.
• By posting, you grant SlipRooms a license to display your content.
• We may remove content that violates these terms.
• We are not responsible for user-generated content.

9. ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY

SlipRooms has zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. This includes but is not limited to:

• Harassment, bullying, or threats
• Hate speech or discrimination
• Explicit or sexually inappropriate content
• Spam or scam content
• Impersonation or deceptive behavior

Content that violates our guidelines will be removed and users may be permanently banned. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, at our sole discretion, without notice.

10. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

SlipRooms is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• Accuracy of any information shared by users.
• Continuous, uninterrupted service.
• Any specific outcomes from using the App.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Pocket Basement LLC and its affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Any financial losses from gambling activities.
• Damages arising from use of the App.
• Actions of other users.

12. CHANGES TO TERMS

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

13. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

14. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms of Service or the App shall be resolved exclusively in the state and federal courts located in New Jersey. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
